Interpretation:  I think that it is aortic stenosis with mod-severe mitral regurgitation. The mitral valve seems normal in motion so maybe it is annular calcification? LA is enlarged.

Nickname:  AmyBaars
Interpretation:  Aortic stenosis, MR, left atrial enlargement.

Nickname:  tbright
Interpretation:  AS, trace PI, mild MR

Nickname:  Singleton
Interpretation:  Low EF% = poor diastolic function Aortic stenosis from dysmorphic or calcified valve. Thickened MV leaflets w/ sev MR and flow reversal in pulmonary vein.

Nickname:  Perez
Interpretation:  Aortic stenosis due to calcified aortic valve, mitral regurg, looks like part of the mitral valve is calcified also.

Nickname:  Talent
Interpretation:  AS (due to calcification), MAC, reduced EF% (40%), dilated LA, significant MR, MV has high velocity flow but not stenotic.

Nickname:  SRobinson
Interpretation:  Aortic stenosis, Severe MR with calcified MV. In the SAX of the LV, it almost looks as if the septum is aneurysmal?

Nickname:  JWhittemore
Interpretation:  Severe AS, low EF, low FS, MAC on PMVL, Significant MR, aneurysmal ascending aorta and possible dissection of ascending aorta.

Nickname:  bconnolly
Interpretation:  calcified AV,MR, AS

Nickname:  ldunbar
Interpretation:  heavy MAC,AS, decreased EF, trace PI

Nickname:  KRedd
Interpretation:  calcified AV AS ,calcified PMVL MS

Nickname:  rock
Interpretation:  low ef, AS, MR, PI, calcified MV,

Nickname:  eCarroll
Interpretation:  AS due to thickened, possibly calcific leaflets, LAE, MAC (particularly affecting the PMVL), MR, hypokinetic LV posterior wall

Nickname:  SKelley
Interpretation:  COPD, decreased EF, LAE, MS, AS, LVH, MAC, PI, MR, TR

Nickname:  mulj
Interpretation:  Severe mac mitral leaflet thickening with MS/MR av thickening with severe AS also inferior wall motion abnormality. ?related to previous radiation treatment

Nickname:  Pete
Interpretation:  Severe AS with MAC

Nickname:  Cava2007
Interpretation:  MS,AS.LA enlargement
