To receive your CME certificate follow these easy steps:

1. Click on Enroll to create your account.

2. Enter your account by clicking on Members and select Member Login. Enter your username and password.

3. Once in your account, click on the Category 1 CME Certificate button. Enter the serial number located on the inside cover of the CD case. Complete the evaluation and print out your certificate. Your certificate will remain in your account if you ever need another copy.
