Echocardiographic Evaluation of Prosthetic Valves

This course reviews the echocardiographic aspects of prosthetic heart valves to include valve types, general appearances of valves using m-mode, 2D, and color flow Doppler in identification of valvular prosthesis.

Objective:
To be able to identify the various valve types. Case studies are discussed. A 10 question exam and evaluation form completes the course.
(Grade of 70% is required to receive CME credit)
