Echo 210 - Clinical Evaluation of Cardiomyopathies
This course reviews the clinical aspects of cardiomyopathies to include hypertrophic, dilated, and restrictive forms of the disease. Topics include clinical signs and symptoms, etiologies, and diagnostics of each form and additional information on identifying the various aspects collected in each state.
Objective:
To be able to identify cardiomyopathies based on medical history, signs and symptoms, physical exam, electocardiography, and radiographic findings. Etiology of each form is presented and case studies are discussed.
A 10 question exam and evaluation form completes the course.
(Grade of 70% is required to receive CME credit)
