A Vendor Promotional Page is devoted to your product or service. It is an opportunity for you to capture this target audience and show off your product or service. The professionals at Echo-Web.com can accept a mix of formatted information, text, slides, video, and PDF. Your Vendor Promotional Page can be as complex or as simple as you desire.

Your page can be a single window or a mix of windows in different formats. A text file introduction, a slide show of your products, a video highlighting a single product, an instruction presentation on the proper use of your product, or a link to download a PDF document. The choice is yours.

All Vendor Promotional Pages include an e-mail link allowing visitors to easily contact you, and, of course, a link to your site.

Visitors to Echo-Web.com will be directed to your Vendor Promotional Page through a special icon included with your listing on Echo-Web.com’s Product Directory and through a rotating banner on our home page.

If your information is already formatted, our webmaster will work with your staff to design a page you will be proud of. The set up fees will depend on the complexities of the materials.

The introductory fee for a Vendor Promotional Page is $200 per month, with a 3-month minimum agreement.

The introductory Setup fee is $150 per hour. Setup includes placing your formatted information into your specified design of your Vendor Promotional Page.

Rotation Banners

Rotation Banners give your product or service high visibility as users browser through the various pages of Echo-Web.com, the number of locations is your choice. All banners include a link to your website.

Premier Rotation
If you are looking for the highest visibility we suggest you consider the Premier Rotation banners. Your banner will rotate on 5 of the most active pages. If there is a change in the activity on different pages your banner will rotate to the 5 highest active. The Premier Rotation subscription includes a FREE Vendor Promotional Page. The cost of a Vendor Promotional Page if purchased alone is $200 per month. Setup fees for the Vendor Promotional Page are not included.

The introductory fee for Premier Rotation Banner and Free Vendor Promotional Page is $400 per month, with 3-month minimum agreement. 

Save and get 12 months for the price of 11. The introductory Annual agreement fee is $4,400 per year.

High Rotation
If your budget cannot handle the Premier Rotation but you still want high visibility, then you should consider the High Rotation banners. Your banner will rotate on the 4 most active pages, as the activity level of the pages change you banner will rotate to the 4 highest active pages. That’s a lot of exposure to a target audience!

The introductory fee for High Rotation Banner is $300 per month, with a 3-month minimum agreement.

The introductory Annual agreement fee is only $3,200.

Standard Rotation
If you’re looking for product or service visibility but on a limited budget, then the Standard Rotation Banner is the answer. Your banner will be displayed on 3 available pages. Remember this is exposure to an audience of Echo professionals- your target market!

The introductory fee for Standard Rotation Banner is $200 per month, with a 3-month minimum agreement.

The introductory Annual agreement fee is only $2,150.

A Vendor Sponsored Chat Session gives you the opportunity to interact with a live audience, to promote your product or service, and to receive live comments and questions from the participants. Our staff will moderated the session, we will introduce your selected host or hosts, post a short description of your product or service, and accept the questions from the audience and pass them on to the host(s). This assures a smooth transition of information. You can choose to have the session hosted by a single individual or 2 or 3 people. Multiple hosts do not have to be in the same location or even the same city; they just have to have internet access.

The Vendor Sponsored Chat Session package includes a banner advertisement. The banner will be displayed on Digichat page during the scheduled session and for 30 days after. The banner will include a link to your home page.

We will train your host(s), usually the day before the scheduled chat. During the chat will provide more than one moderator so that someone is always there if a problem should arise. To help promote your chat session, we will advertise it in the Echo-Web newsletter and on our home page. A transcript of the chat session will be posted on Echo-Web.com within a few days after the session.

The introductory Vendor Sponsored Chat Session fee is $250 per hour.

A Private Chat Room is an excellent way to communicate live with a group of people of your choosing. It is far cheaper than assembling a group of people on a conference call. The room is private, it is password protected and only those given the password can access this room. Once set up the staff of Echo-Web will not be included in your chats.

The Private Chat Room can be used as often as you like. You can conduct online sales conferences, or invite customers to “talk” with you and/or your staff. You can schedule staff and customers to address training concerns. The possibilities are many, just think how you can cut the cost of long distance and international telephone calls!

Transcripts of chat sessions can be provided with advance notification. You can then post or e-mail the transcript, as you like.

Our staff will set up the room, train you, and provide technical assistance as needed. If you think you need Echo-Web staff to moderate a specific session we can discuss your needs.

The introductory Private Chat Room fee is $99.95 per month, with a 3 month minimum.

The Rotating Banner is a verticle banner placed along the left or right side of the page. The size and format to be submitted is 105px x 176px and can be .SWF, .JPG or .GIF.

As activity on various pages change, the banner will rotate, Premier Rotation subscriptions will rotate to the 5 highest activity pages, and High Rotation subscriptions will rotate to the 4 highest activity pages.

Banners to be included with Vendor Sponsored Chat Sessions are horizontal banners that appear on the Digichat page. The size and format to be submitted is 476px x 79px and can be either .GIF or .JPG.
