Inside Ultrasound, Inc. and Accreditation Professionals are a service provider to the echocardiography, noninvasive vascular and general ultrasound departments. We built our reputation as "Professionals Training ProfessionalsTM" and have expanded our services to offer the same degree of professionalism to our colleagues in need of assistance with the accreditation process.  We are active professionals familiar with the requirements of the various accrediting organizations and the workload of the department. We have a proven track record of successfully acquiring accreditation for many departments.

Comprehensive Accreditation and Reaccreditation Services:

Take the stress out of the accreditation process. Relieve the staff of all time consuming work involved.  Inside Ultrasound  has the experience, knowledge and the systems in place to complete your application without sacrificing patient time.

The professionals at Inside Ultrasound will:

• Review department functions and determine the appropriate accrediting organization.
• Review department operations, efficiency, policies and procedures, and case studies.
• Create systems for missing operations and supply written policies and procedures where necessary.
• Complete the application and supporting documentation and select case studies.
• Organize, copy, and submit the completed project to the accrediting organization.
• Upon acquiring accreditation we will review your critique letter and provide suggestions to achieve the recommendations cited, at no additional charge.
• We will maintain and have readily available all documents needed if your lab is selected for an ICAEL random audit.
• Reaccreditation process begins with a review of the previous accreditation and critique letter.

Interim Tracking System

Accreditation record keeping is virtually perpetual; once you achieve accreditation you already need to be preparing for the next accreditation cycle.  Inside Ultrasound will work with you to relieve  the burden.  Our Interim Tracking System was devised for minimum participation by your staff; a system of simple quarterly reports ensures preparedness for the next accreditation cycle.   

The professionals at Inside Ultrasound, Inc. will:

• Track volumes, indications, quality assurance, continuing medical education, correlation studies, and quality control records.
• Notification of changes issued by the accrediting organizations.
• Provide you with the tools required for compliance with the changes.
• Update policies.
• Provide technical support via mail, email or telephone.
• Issue an annual statistical report to track performance.

Pre-Application Assessment

Not sure your lab is ready to apply for Accreditation? Need an assessment, a plan and reassurance that your workflow, procedures, policies, etc. meet the accreditation standards?

Case Study Review

Are you comfortable with completing the accreditation application but not sure your case studies will meet their standards?

Are you sure your case studies meet the standards for accuracy, completeness, and interpretative criteria?

Do you know that 50% of the accreditation applications submitted are delayed because of unacceptable case studies?
