Nickname:  rickjunk
Interpretation:  This looks like dialted cardiomyopathy with some odd excursion of the aortic vale and some mitral valve involvement. The ejection fraction is most definitely down at 35%. And, sequential left ventricular dysfunction is clearly seen. Seems to be left ventrical apical dyskynesia. Possible from an MI.

Nickname:  AmyBaars
Interpretation:  Dilated CM, ?bicuspid aortic valve, ?anterior MI?

Nickname:  tbright
Interpretation:  akinetic anterior wall of the LV, trace PI, BAV possibly.

Nickname:  Singleton
Interpretation:  BAV for sure. Delayed atrial kick

Nickname:  Perez
Interpretation:  Low EF% (30%), trace TR, mild PI, trace MR, looks like the aortic valve might be bicuspid (fish mouth in short axis)

Nickname:  bconnolly
Interpretation:  LVE,mild PI,bicuspid Ao

Nickname:  Talent
Interpretation:  RVE, LVE (global hypokinesis and apical akinesis), LAE, PI. The Ao valve appears Bicuspid. No collapse of the IVC although it was not dilated. Possible MI of any particular wall is hard to pinpoint here (Ant. wall contraction appears adequate in A4C and A2C but not A3C).

Nickname:  SRobinson
Interpretation:  Dilated cardiomyopathy, mild PI, Bicuspid AV? (Fishy mouth in SAX, collapsing IVC.

Nickname:  JWhittemore
Interpretation:  BAV, Low EF, LV apical akinetic, thinning of LV inferior wall, dyskinetic anterior and septal walls. Possibly due to MI.

Nickname:  ldunbar
Interpretation:  Mid to apical portion of septum hypo to akinetic, mild PI, trace TR, bicuspid AO, anterioseptal akinesis

Nickname:  KRedd
Interpretation:  LVE, trace MR reduced lv function

Nickname:  rock
Interpretation:  LV dilation, BAV

Nickname:  eCarroll
Interpretation:  Dilated cardiomyopathy, PI, possible bicuspid aortic valve, global LV hypokinesis with akinetic apex.

Nickname:  SKelley
Interpretation:  hypokenetic anteroseptal wall, TR, Trivial PI, AI, low EF, LVE

Nickname:  Cava2007
Interpretation:  Pul.I.LV dilata.Akinetic anterior and septal wall.

Nickname:  Naira
Interpretation:  Ischemic dilatated cardiomiopathy, LV scar, anterior-septal aneurizm, LV apical diskinesia, poor LV systolic function, MR 2+, bicuspid AV
